prior assignments have been equally productive, and i have consistently demonstrated the ability to achieve superior results. i pride myself on staying current in all major new developments in the field of operations and push hard for the implementation of those that will readily increase ease of operations and reduce operating costs.

(1) Clearness(明了)：要突出的主題，開(kāi)場(chǎng)白要直截了當(dāng)，不要繞圈子，應(yīng)直接道明寫信意圖，在介紹個(gè)人情況時(shí)，應(yīng)多說(shuō)你能為公司做些什么。另外，層次要分明，使讀信人一目了然。

A陳述自己的工作能力要實(shí)事求是，不要夸夸其談，過(guò)分渲染自己。如果高淡闊論夸大自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，就會(huì)給讀信人留下一種虛浮不踏實(shí)的感覺(jué)。應(yīng)如實(shí)介紹自己的情況，讓對(duì)方去判斷你的能力。
B說(shuō)明離職原因時(shí)切勿批評(píng)目前的工作單位或負(fù)責(zé)人。如果你對(duì)目前的工作單位或負(fù)責(zé)人說(shuō)三道四大發(fā)牢騷，就會(huì)讓讀信人認(rèn)為你是個(gè)愛(ài)說(shuō)長(zhǎng)道短搬弄是非之人。試想，有誰(shuí)會(huì)愿意把一個(gè)愛(ài)發(fā)牢騷而搬弄是非的人招聘到自己的單位來(lái)呢?
C自卑自貶亦不可取。如果自己都看不起自己，別人還能看得起你嗎?殊不知，招聘單位對(duì)你的估計(jì)是根據(jù)你對(duì)自己的估計(jì)做出的，因此，故作謙卑也只能是恰得其反。
D語(yǔ)氣須肯定而自信，要有創(chuàng)意，應(yīng)避免迂腐、生僻的詞。
現(xiàn)在讓我們來(lái)比較一下下面的三個(gè)句子在語(yǔ)氣上有何不同：
AI am not only competent to install a filing system that will fulfill the needs of your corporation, but also well qualified to operate it efficiently.(我自信不僅可以設(shè)置一套能滿足貴公司需求的檔案分類系統(tǒng)，而且可以有效地進(jìn)行操作。) 在此名中使用了not only…but also，competent 和well qualified 等詞語(yǔ)，表現(xiàn)得太自信，有夜郎自大之嫌，故不可取。
B、I think that I should probably make a good accountant for your factory.(我想我可能成為貴廠的一名好會(huì)計(jì)員)。 此名中的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞should和副詞probably 所表達(dá)的語(yǔ)氣都欠肯定，而make(成為)一詞也缺乏自信，整句話顯得語(yǔ)氣太弱，有自卑感，因此亦不可取。
C、I am confident that my experience and references will show you that I can fulfill the particular requirements of your secretarial position (我相信我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和證明人可以向您表明，我能夠符合貴單位秘書(shū)一職的特定需要。) 此句中的confident 一詞語(yǔ)氣肯定，給人一種自信感，而will show 和I can 也無(wú)自大之嫌，因而此句用得恰到好處，有特殊風(fēng)格。
