UASB反應(yīng)器處理低溫低濃度生活污水試驗(yàn)研究
摘要: 考察了厭氧處理低溫((15±1)℃)低濃度(COD 400~600 mg·L-1)模擬生活污水試驗(yàn)規(guī)模UASB反應(yīng)器的工作狀況及污泥特性.以厭氧消化污泥作為接種物,以葡萄糖為有機(jī)碳源的模擬生活污水作為試驗(yàn)用水,采用有機(jī)玻璃制成的UASB反應(yīng)器,有效容積為2.0 L,試驗(yàn)歷時(shí)174個(gè)運(yùn)行日.反應(yīng)器最高容積負(fù)荷達(dá)到3.0 kg·m-3d-1,COD去除率為30%~50%.在試驗(yàn)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的污泥實(shí)現(xiàn)了顆;,且沉降性能穩(wěn)定良好.掃描電鏡照片顯示,污泥中絲狀菌和桿狀菌是顆粒污泥中微生物組成的優(yōu)勢(shì)種群. Abstract: The performance and the sludge characteristics of an upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor were investigated for the treatment of low concentration (COD 400~600 mg·L-1) domestic wastewater at psychrophilic temperature (15±1℃). The laboratory-scale UASB reactor of 2.0L of useful volume was operated for a period of 174 days. An organic loading rate of around 3.0kg·m-3d-1was treated with a 30%~50% COD removal rate. The characteristics of sludge in UASB reactor were changed. Granular sludge has been obtained in the reactor and was well settelable.
